SPRING RETREAT
April 9-10

Spring Retreat will be a Friday night and all-day Saturday of fun, friends, small groups, service, late-night activities, worship, and taking steps toward Jesus. We will host the event at UCC and everyone will head home to sleep in their own beds on Friday night. We would recommend that students plan to block off these days as if they're out of town and not shuttle in and out for other activities, sports practices, work, etc. But if we need to work with your schedule, just let us know!
Whether or not you're sure about this whole Jesus/church thing, this weekend is for you!

REGISTRATION
To register for this event, fill out and submit the above forms. Then head here to pay online and give us some basic information. (If you want to pay in-person by cash or check, you may do so. Please make checks out to UCC and turn in to Josh.)

**Refund Policy**
Due to upfront costs, we will be unable to refund $25 of your payment if you must cancel your son or daughter's registered spot. The remainder will be refunded. This includes but is not limited to cancelation for reasons such as sickness, injury, anxiety, scheduling conflicts, etc.
